Jurys were brilliant about this and so helpful when rescheduling. The hotel was lovely and very comfortable. The bed was so comfy and the breakfasts were lovely.

The smoothies were a lovely touch. The hotel is on the Albert Dock and we were lucky enough to see the River of Light near the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Night away in Liverpool. The hotel was immaculate, the restaurant food was of a high standard and the bar area was welcoming and friendly. The room we had was a family room, which was lovely and spacious, modern and again immaculately clean and of a high standard.

Basic conference centre hotel. Totally impersonal and really unsuited to family or couples. Grubby basic rooms. Breakfast tepid and no flab our literally no taste from The food. Staff not motivated. No parking concessions avoid much better and cheaper hotels in the city 1km away.
