Why is infosys a bad company
We will take a close look to determine what can be done to improve. The people were very nice but the work given to interns varied widely; my project was not particularly involved and it was hard to get in touch with my manager. We will be sure to pass your words on to the leadership team. There's a lot of on-the-job training, which is nice and ideal, but even when you get mapped to a project and the project is not in the technology you learned while in training, you're expected to learn this new technology and whatever else you need to know.
Makes the whole concepts of specialized stream training pointless and a waste of time. Good job for new graduates who want to put their foot in the door of a tech job, but not ideal for people who want a longer term job. Pros Working remotely for the meantime. Cons Constant learning, poor management, overtime sometimes. Regarding learning, management, and working hours, we are sorry you do not feel the company does well in those areas.

Not very good feeling, especially with a job where I'm hoping to learn and grow my skills. Pays decently, but boring and little career progression.
Consultant Current Employee - Remote - October 12, My time at Infosys has been alright. The pay is good for what I am doing, but the lack of communication from management is very frustrating. It feels like I never fully understand what I should be doing. Furthermore, I did not get to choose my own tech stack so I ended up with one that I do not see myself using after my time at Infosys is up.
